These Terms govern your access to and use of Influegen's platform and services. By using Influegen, creating an account, submitting a form, purchasing a plan, or accessing a workspace, you agree to these Terms. If you use Influegen for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.
Services covered
Influegen provides AI efficiency diagnostics, department reviews, solution matching, implementation roadmaps, talent brief workflows, dashboards, exports, advisory services, and related business tools. Some services may require an order form, subscription, or separate written agreement.
Accounts and access
Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for the activities that occur under their accounts. You must provide accurate account information, keep workspace access limited to authorized users, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We may require additional verification before granting access to sensitive workspace information.
Customer data and content
You retain ownership of the data, files, prompts, responses, notes, role briefs, and other content you submit to Influegen. You grant Influegen the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, display, analyze, and export that content so we can provide the services. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit content to the platform.
AI outputs and recommendations
Influegen may use AI-assisted workflows to create scores, summaries, solution shortlists, roadmaps, and talent recommendations. These outputs are decision-support tools and may require human review. Customers remain responsible for validating recommendations, implementation plans, hiring decisions, regulatory obligations, and business outcomes.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew according to the selected billing cycle unless canceled in line with agreed terms. Fees, plan limits, included services, renewal periods, and cancellation terms may be listed on the pricing page, checkout flow, invoice, or order form. You are responsible for taxes, payment details, and approved usage by users in your workspace. Downgrades, cancellations, and failed payments may affect access to paid features.
Acceptable use
Users may not misuse the platform, interfere with service operation, or upload unlawful or unauthorized material. You agree not to:
- Use Influegen to violate laws, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or contracts.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, security controls, or usage restrictions.
- Upload malware, exploit code, deceptive content, or data you are not allowed to process.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, resell, or copy substantial parts of the service.
- Use outputs as the sole basis for employment, credit, legal, medical, or regulated decisions.
Third-party services
Influegen may integrate with hosting, analytics, authentication, payment, AI, communications, CRM, recruiting, or productivity providers. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Influegen is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public business, technical, financial, product, or operational information from the other party. The receiving party must use reasonable care to protect confidential information and may use it only for the services or as otherwise permitted by written agreement.
Intellectual property
All Influegen content, software, and trademarks remain the property of Influegen or its licensors. You may not remove proprietary notices, copy the platform design, or use Influegen marks without permission. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.
Service availability
We work to keep the platform reliable, but availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, third-party providers, network issues, security events, or circumstances outside our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product changes.
Disclaimers
Influegen provides recommendations and tooling. Customers remain responsible for business decisions, implementation, and outcomes. Except where a separate written agreement states otherwise, the services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or fitness for a particular business outcome.
Termination
You may stop using Influegen at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, security risk, legal requirement, or misuse of the service. Termination does not remove payment obligations already incurred or provisions that should reasonably survive, such as confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations tied to past use.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as our services evolve. When changes are material, we will update the date above and provide notice where required. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
