Standard reseller commission is 10% of collected subscription revenue for up to 12 months while the referred customer's paid subscription remains current. There is no renewal commission after month 12. Enterprise referrals are quoted separately in the reseller agreement.

Estimates are based on listed subscription prices and collected revenue. A referral only earns commission while the customer has a current paid subscription, capped at 12 months. Final payout, eligibility, payment timing, and taxes are governed by the signed reseller agreement.
